So close to everything in downtown Tempe, from the Tempe Arts Festival to the Sun Devil Stadium. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the open air atrium, which provided a resort-like atmosphere. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance and easy access to transportation, including a complimentary shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. The staff was attentive and helpful, from the front desk to the concierge.

Hard to think of anything.

The location near great restaurants and fun shops was a major plus. I loved being able to walk to Mill Ave and explore the area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool and bar with amazing views. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the personalized TV message was a nice touch. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, with a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops right around the corner on Mill Ave. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful courtyard with palm trees and three stunning fountains. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the complimentary valet and airport shuttle were a huge plus, making transportation hassle-free. this hotel is in a great location and has excellent facilities.

Almost perfect!

From the moment I arrived, the staff at this hotel made me feel welcome and understood my needs. The free valet parking was a great convenience, and the facilities were impeccably maintained. My room was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary bath products. The central location of the hotel was ideal for my visit to ASU, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a personalized welcome message on the TV. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool with a pool bar and the courtyard area with fireplaces, were great for relaxation. The staff, especially at the Mission cafe, were incredibly welcoming and always in a good mood. The location was perfect, with easy access to Tempe Town Lake, the light rail, Wells Fargo Arena, Sun Devil Stadium. We also enjoyed visiting nearby attractions such as Old Town Scottsdale. Additionally, the complimentary valet service and free parking were convenient bonuses. As Explorist members in the Hyatt program, we were pleased with the overall experience.
